1. Shipping Coverage

Glamazon currently ships within the GCC countries only.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver through trusted regional couriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days

  • Other GCC Countries: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier selection.

  • Shipping fees are paid upfront at the time of order placement.

⚠️ Important Notice:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the original shipping cost paid at checkout will be deducted, as these costs are paid in advance to the courier.
Return shipping fees are handled separately as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Instagram Direct Message (DM)

This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Glamazon is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Courier redelivery limitations

If a shipment is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide your order number and tracking number

  • Attach clear photos in case of damage

We will coordinate directly with the courier to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.


8. Shipping During Promotions

During promotional periods, order processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume.
