Return & Refund Policy

At Glamazon, we are committed to delivering a refined shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns must be requested and approved before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Applicable return shipping fees:

  • UAE: 25 AED

  • Oman: 25 OMR

  • Other GCC Countries: 100 AED

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mail@glamazon.it, including clear photos of the issue.
Approved cases will be handled at no additional cost to you.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible.


Non-Returnable Items & Conditional Returns

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless approved exceptionally at Glamazon’s discretion, based on item condition and circumstances.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately once the return is approved.


Store Credit Option

In certain cases, and at Glamazon’s discretion, approved returns may be issued as store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit:

  • Has no expiration date

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Is non-transferable and non-refundable

This option will be communicated to you during the return approval process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
