 First: Exchange

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Exchange Fees:

The exchange fee is equal to the original shipping cost of the order, plus a return fee equal to the original shipping cost as well.

Second: Return

If you wish to return the product in whole or in part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange the return process.

Return Fees:

The cost of returning the product is the original shipping fee of the order, in addition to deducting the original shipping cost from the refunded amount if applicable.

Returns or exchanges are not allowed during special promotional periods unless approved in advance by management.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories and original packaging.
